We will give you an idea of the cost and if you give us the go ahead, we will email you a photograph of the completed jewellery piece/pieces. If you are happy with the completed product, we will post it within 1 to 2 business days of cleared payment.

We want you to be 100% happy with your custom design. If it is not quite the right colour shade or design, we will place the newly designed piece in our website shop for sale, with the rest of our jewellery collections.
