I like one of your jewellery pieces, but would like it in a different colour. What should I do?

If you like one of our jewellery pieces, but would like it in a different colour or a bit longer or shorter, we are happy to custom design jewellery pieces for you. Please Contact Us with your specifications.

We will give you an idea of the cost and if you give us the go ahead, you will receive a photograph of your completed jewellery for your approval, before it is shipped. Your parcel will be posted, within 1 - 2 business days of cleared payment.

We want you to be 100% happy with the custom design. If it is not quite the right colour shade or design, we will place the newly designed piece in our website shop for sale, with the rest of our jewellery collections.

Your newly created jewellery, will be held for you for 7 days, awaiting your reply, after which we will place it in our jewellery shop.
