A jewellery piece I really like has been SOLD. Can I still purchase another one?
As most of our jewellery pieces are individually handcrafted and one of a kind, no two pieces are exactly the same. It is this uniqueness that has been the cornerstone of our business.
If you like one of our jewellery pieces that has been sold, feel free to contact us and we will let you know if we can custom design or have in stock, another similar jewellery piece, design and bead stock permitting.
We will give you an idea of the cost and if you give us the go ahead, a photograph of the completed jewellery piece/pieces will be emailed to you. If you are happy with the completed product, we will post it within 1 to 2 business days of cleared payment.
We want you to be 100% happy with the custom design. If it is not quite the right colour shade or design, we will place the newly designed piece in our website shop for sale, with the rest of our jewellery collections. Your newly created jewellery will be held for you for 7 days awaiting your reply, after which we will place it in our jewellery shop
