Security and privacy issues were of great concern to us when deciding which shopping cart option to provided. After many months of research, we decided to use the world renowned Pay Pal as our payment method, for the reasons listed below:
- Paypal will not give your credit card, bank details, or any financial information to the seller or any other third parties.
- Pay Pal uses SSL encryption (highest level-168 bit) to safeguard your financial and private information.
- Paypal uses credit card security code checks, as well as credit card state-of-the-art verification systems to thwart identity theft.
- Paypal is universally available and is used by millions of people worldwide.
Unique Silver Jewellery is a Verified Paypal user. This Verified Status indicates that we have passed Paypal's Security checks.
Payment Options
Unique Silver Jewellery is currently under construction. If you would like to purchase any of our jewellery, the current available payment options are Bank Deposit, bank cheque or money order. Credit Card payment options via Paypal will be available in the near future. Please email us with any queries and we will get back to you within 48 hours.
In the near future, Unique Silver Jewellery will be accepting payments by Credit Card via Pay Pal, as this ensures the greatest fraud protection and internet security (highest level SSL - 168 bit encryption). I don't have a Paypal Account. What options do I have?
Paypal allows you to purchase items without having a Paypal account. Click on the 'Add to Cart' button and you will be directed to the PayPal Payment system.You will be given choices on how you wish to pay.
I don't feel comfortable using my credit card online. Do I have any other options?
Paypal also offers direct bank deposit as a payment option, so there is no need to use a credit card. Your bank details or any financial information will not be given to the seller or any other third parties.
How do I place an Order?
- Once you have found the jewellery items you wish to purchase, click the Add to cart button and follow the Paypal prompts.
- Continue shopping for matching items to add to your shopping cart.
- When you are ready to checkout, click on the shopping cart icon.
- You will be taken to PayPal's secure site where you can either pay by credit card or use the credit in your pay pal account. To setup a paypal account click here.
- Once your payment has been receive we will send you an email to let you know when you jewellery has been shipped. Customers that select Registered post will also receive a unique tracking identification number. If per chance there is a problem with delivery, contact Australia Post on 13 76 78 (13POST), and quote your Tracking Number.
Postage | |  | Unique Silver Jewellery sends all parcels via Australia Post. You have the choice of two postage options, Regular post ($3.95) or Registered post ($4.95). All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars AUD.What is the difference between Regular and Registered Post?Regular post $3.95.
- If your item is lost or damaged during postage, you are not covered for compensation or refund.
- If you are not home at the time of delivery, a note will be left in your post box. You can pick up your parcel at your nearest post office.
Registered post $4.95.- A unique identification number is allocated to each jewellery parcel, so it can be tracked and located.
- A signature is obtained on delivery (from household members over 18 years), giving you complete security and peace of mind.
- Unique Silver Jewellery will personally email you, your unique tracking number ID for your records.
- All parcels sent are lodged over the counter at an Australia Post Outlet for proof of posting.
- If you are not home at the time of delivery, a note will be left in your post box. You can pick up your parcel at your convenience from your nearest post office.
- If your item is lost or damaged during postage, you may be eligible for compensation costs up to $100 (by Australian Post).
- If per chance there is a problem with delivery, contact Australia Post on 13 76 78, and quote your Unique Tracking Number ID.
Unique Silver Jewellery cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged in the post, if Regular Postage method of delivery is chosen.
We currently offer jewellery items for sale to Australian residents only. Worldwide trade will be available in the near future.
ShippingHow will my items be packaged?For extra protection, Unique Silver Jewellery posts all jewellery items in a bubble wrapped padded bag. How long will it take for my jewellery to be delivered?- Unique Silver Jewellery ships items three times a week at a minimum. Shipping days are on Monday, Wednesday and Friday and we try to send all items within 1-2 days of payment.
- Shipping in metropolitan areas of capital cities (see below for locations) is usually delivered by Australia Post within 1-2 business days.
- Shipping in non metropolitan areas and country regions is usually delivered by Australia Post, within 2-3 business days.

Refund Policy
We are confident that your unique silver jewellery will be received with the feeling of excited anticipation. However, if you are not 100% satisfied, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase.
It is very important that you email us first with your concerns, to authorise an exchange or refund before you send us your jewellery.
You have the choice of an exchange or full refund.
- Exchange: Goods returned within 30 days of receipt, in original condition, can be exchanged for any other item of the same value. Please contact us if you have any questions. Postage and Shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
- Refund: We will cheerfully refund your purchase, for you to receive a full money back guarantee. Your jewellery must be returned in its original and unaltered condition, within 30 days of your purchase date. Refunds do not include return Shipping costs, which are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Upon receiving your email, we will respond within 2 business days. After receiving you items, we will promptly post your exchanged items or your money back within 5 working days.

The colour of photographs may vary from montior to monitor, depending on the settings on each computer. This is completely beyond our control. We have endeavoured to describe the colours of our jewellery pieces as best we can, to help you with your choice. If in any doubt, please Contact Us with your queries.
